DMH and Carpenters Local 742 are working together to make things easier for you and your family.

On Tuesday, October 2, 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Carpenters Local 742 1661 S. Taylorville Rd. Decatur Il. we will have a Flu Shot Clinic and/or Health Screening (bone density, blood pressure, hearing, ect. at no cost to you).

DMH will bill your CIC H&W insurance (coverage 100%) and for those without insurance the fee will be $20 for the flu shot.
